Animate 2D faces using Thin Plate Spline Motion Model (TPSM)

Let's animate our 2D art or photography using TPSM or Thin Plate Spline Motion Model, this is a local install tutorial, but I also left a link for an online source that will let you do this immediately. This is fairly simple install, but I ran into a lot of issues unrelated to the installation instructions. All the tutorials I could find were for Linux, so I had to do a few minor tweaks to make it run on windows 11. If you just want to try and only wish to do a small clip, see this site - https://replicate.com/yoyo-nb/thin-plate-spline-motion-model All you need to do for that site, is erase the clip of Trump and Jackie Chan then upload your own picture and video that looks similar those the ones you erased Need to upscale your video? https://pollinations.ai/p/QmWF8xtJ47uk2QARcPNutp7JBPJLVV11vKD7eAV4d2v9tp/create or https://github.com/k4yt3x/video2x Downloads Here is the github you will need for the local install - https://github.com/yoyo-nb/Thin-Plate-Spline-Motion-Model Here is the google drive where you get your checkpoints - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pNDo1ODQIb5HVObRtCmubqJikmR7VVLT Here is where to get the code for pytorch - https://pytorch.org/ Here is the site to get Anaconda - https://www.anaconda.com/products/distribution Here is the site to download Git if do not want to grab it via Anaconda - https://git-scm.com/downloads Optional CUDA driver download - https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads Need a tutorial to install Anaconda and Pytorch? Stable Diffusion Version 1.5 installation tutorial as quick as possible (3:36 min)
For clarification the installation tutorial is 3:36 minutes long and it will teach you have to install Stable Diffusion v1.5. The install will take 10-15 minutes depending on how long the webui-user.bat file update will take. Mine took 10 minutes. I will have a in depth guide that will come out soon and I have a v1.4 install guide as well. NOTE1: This install is for Windows Nvidia users, and some graphic cards are not supported. However, the VRAM requirement for your GPU has been cut in half and 2-4GB can do the job now. NOTE2: AMD and Apple Silicon (certain Mac's made after 2020) can now install stable diffusion, Check out the Wiki Page for installation guides - https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki NOTE3: There is workarounds if you VRAM is too low, if you get all black images which i got on my NVidia 1600x laptop cards, and xformers / cuda drivers to make your generation move faster. You can find that in the wiki as well. You will need to download 1. Python 3.10.6 (DO NOT download newer versions) - https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3106/ (Windows Installer links at the very bottom of page w/ recommended description) or click direct link https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.6/python-3.10.6-amd64.exe 2. GIT - https://gitforwindows.org/ 3. Mandatory Checkpoint (V1-5-pruned-emaonly.ckpt ) -https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 4. Optional/Recommended Runwayml Inpainting Checkpoint (sd-v-1-5-inpainting.ckpt) https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-inpainting 5. Optional/NotRecommended Training Model (V1-5pruned.ckpt) - https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 6. Automatic 1111 Github Repository - https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui Summary - Download and install Python and GIT, register for a site at hugging face and download checkpoints (numbers 3 and 4 above), create a folder, go to the automatic 1111 repository grab git hub link via code button, create a new folder, go into the address bar and type cmd and cmd prompt will pop up w/ dir already changed to required folder, type git clone and paste the automatic 1111 Github repository html link. now you have a stable diffusion folder, open the stable diffusion - models - Stable diffusion subfolder and then drag the hugging face check points into this folder. Now run webui-user file and wait 10 minutes or so for it to complete it will say models loaded and running on local url 127.0.0.1:7860, use this IP in any browser then you should be running stable diffusion v1.5 now. Use the drop-down box at the top left to choose which checkpoint model you wish to use. Full Stable Diffusion v1.4 install https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRybVSmqEiE&t=74s VScience & Technology

Add Textures Back to your Ai Art with GIMP - Fix Yo Face Part 2 of 2
Read more
Ai Art can get a massive face lift with GFPGAN which I displayed in my last video. You can get some really extraordinary results with using the Ai from that tech to beautify your subject. Sometimes The character ends up looking too good and the face textures tend to go missing and you will not see the fine details like pores, freckles, dirt, sweat, etc... I will show you how to get all that back with this video with a FREE and EASY method that only takes 2-3 minutes. The first thing you will need is to download and install a Free photo editor named GIMP. Here is the link: https://www.gimp.org/ Part 1 The Set up Step 1. Run your broken image through GFPGAN, see part 1 of this tutorial. It should only take 1-2 minutes. Step 2. Right Click on the original broken image and select open with GIMP Step 3. Right click on image and select "Image" then select "scale image" then put "* 2" inside the width or height of the image size and press enter. The pixels will now double. Also, double click on the name of your image in the layer box on the bottom left and change it to Bottom. Step 4. Find your folder with the GFPGAN Fixed image and drag that image into the layers box in the bottom right of GIMP, then (IMPORTANT) drag the fixed image above the layer you named bottom and rename that image to TOP Part 2: Initial Edit (make sure Middle layer is selected and above the bottom layer) Step 1. Press C to access the Clone tool and mess with your paint brush option on the top left to create a selection tool the size of the model's Iris. I choose 85 Size and 25 hardness with 15 force, and make sure to choose Aligned in the alignment option. Now Hold CTRL and Left click your mouse button to take a sample. Go over to the left eye broken eye and rub it in. Keep in mind this is a copy from that reference point so if you go to low you will eventually paint a second nose. Step 2. Press H to access the heal tool and it works exactly like the clone tool but it only meshes and blends from your sample area into the target area. If you get to close to the models hair you will absorb that color into the skin. Only fix raised bumps or massive errors in the face. Part 3: Retexturing or grain extract and merge Step 1. Double click on middle layer and go to MODE and select GRAIN EXTRACT (your picture will turn silver/gray) Step 2. Right click on your middle layer and select NEW FROM VISABLE, a new layer will appear named visible, rename that to TOP Step 3. Double click on the top layer and go to MODE and select GRAIN MERGE (Your picture will be Silver/Gray with some various other colors) Step 5. Double click on your middle layer again and choose MODE and select NORMAL (the face will revert to the original photo) Step 5. Right click on your top layer and select ADD LAYER MASK and select WHITE (full opacity) and tik the INVERT MASK button at the bottom , then click ADD. (You will see the smooth face again) Part 4: Paint the Textures and save Step 1. Choose a custom palette on the bottom left COLOR OPTIONS and select BLINDS or GRADIENT custom. It has to be black and white. Once you do this the painting palate shows up on the top right. Step 2 . With the top layer and the new mask selected, go to your Paint brush or airbrush, Press P for Paint Brush and A for Air Brush. Choose a Size and 0 everything but Hardness 25-30 and Force 15-20. Step 3. Now at the top right in your color palette dip your brush (left click) white to take from the bottom (textured) layer and black to take from the middle (smooth) layer. I always select a gradient or grey or fade to white or black. Step 4. Final Step, Click on file and export photo and change the file extension by type .JPG or .PNG at the end of the photo. You do not want to keep it in GIMP as it is not widely recognized and it takes a while to view the image. If you do want to save to GIMP make sure you right click on the mask you created in the layers section and select APPLY LAYER MASK. You're Done! Fix your picture faces with GFPGAN Colab: https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1sVsoBd9AjckIXThgtZhGrHRfFI6UUYOo Here is another resource to fix photos that are less than desirable quality (image upscaler free) : https://replicate.com/cjwbw/rudalle-sr Use the tool above to upscale the resolution of your photo to 8x its current value Here is GIMP: https://www.gimp.org/ GIMP is a free and powerful editing tool that has a lot of similar features you will find in paid editors like photoshop. You can utilize layers, change lighting, extract grains, add after effects, etc... This tool will be used in the next part of the tutorial to add some texture back to your models. This is Ai! Every wanted to generate a human out of thin air? Now you can! Watch this video and check out this amazing site that can turn your text into a TTS Text To speech and Text to Person video. Movio is able to manipulate 2D models to create a person that will serve as your very own professional looking spokesperson. Movio isn't free but if you want to check it out please use my link as there is more than one Movio site. You are looking at a fully Ai generated actor from the site Movio Click on the link below to check out Movio: https://app.movio.la/guest/templates?cid=c7baf28c Since Movio isn't free I will give you a preview of the technology behind it and how to replicate it for yourself. It seems that Movio is pulling from all different types of Ai sources, and it just so happens I've seen them all. The site utilizes TPSM or DAGAN animation and Azure voices. I will leave links to all of this below! My next video will be a tutorial on how to install DaGan Locally so you can get those talking faces for free and Azure TTS so you can get the same exact voices that Movio uses. Want to use the same voices as Movio for free with Azure TTS Cloud Services? You don't even have to sign up, and you can try it immediately https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/cognitive-services/text-to-speech/#features I used Monica and Jenny in Movio but you should try voices like Ana, Sara, davis, and tony. They are all pretty good TTS Nueral voices, you can control the voices emotions such as sad, happy, or even whispering. GitHub Repositories if you want to try and do the local install now: DaGan (Depth Aware Generative Adversarial Network) - https://github.com/bycloudai/CVPR2022-DaGAN-Windows Want to try DaGan 2D facial Animation now? Check out this link below. Hugging face Dagan Space - https://huggingface.co/spaces/alan-chen-intel/dagan-demo Disclaimer on the hugging face space - this demo doesn't seem that great it seems to use the same video for every model and only generates a 5 sec clip which will take 20 minutes to generate. It also doesn't produce a result as good as the local install. It requires no install and can be used instantly by dragging videos and photos in. Keep it from the shoulders up and try and get video and picture to have similar dimensions or proportions. TPSM (Thin Plate Spline Motion Model) - https://github.com/yoyo-nb/Thin-Plate-Spline-Motion-Model TPSM has an option for body and face similar to Movio's Monica by using the Ted Talk Pre-Trained models. You can even train your own models to make a better-quality video but don't ask me how to do that. Perhaps in the future... #shorts #youtubeshorts #short #shortsvideo #aiart #movio #aiartist #art #ai #aiart #aiartcommunity #deforum #texttovideo #texttospeech #texttoperson #texttopresentation #thispersonisntrealScience & Technology

5 of the Best Free Image Upscalers 2022

***** IMPORTANT UPDATE**** Correction: I have reached a limit in Russian Dall-E and it's upscaler. So it is not completely free and you need to use Github to login and use it now. The TenCent Colab has pretty great results after testing it more and it's still free, it is also the best tool for doing batch processing i.e. if you want to upscale 10 images or more at a time. I actually use Big JPG a lot now despite my initial impressions, but I have to turn the denoise options on to get the best image possible. It seems to be free and unlimited 4x upscaling. I also use my Stable Diffusion local install to upscale something to 8x, it does a pretty good job. If I want to adad a more stylized anime aesthetic I go to WaifuXL which is great tool. Also the 2x video upscaler can be found on pollinations AI, Link will be at the bottom ****IMPORTANT UPDATE**** In this video I will show you 5 free image upscalers, 4 of them are completely free and 1 of them is free up to 8 upscales a month. It has developed so much more than a novelty of what is possible with this tech and its not producing some very interesting and usable technology. It's potential is limitless and you need to learn about it now before your the last person talking about Ai. I also wasn't kidding about the Art Gallery I created in deviant art. UPDATE: Here is a quicker and easier new way w/ better results https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4rcaEUtJq8 Need a 3 min stable diff installation guide? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzPI0v8JOVM&t=27s Welcome to part 2 of 2 of my image to image to video animation tutorial. In part 1 you learned how to install a web ui to work as a backend to communicate with stable diffusion through 127.0.0.1:7860 and run it through you web browser. In part 2 of 2 you will learn how to Extract images from a video frame by frame so you can put them in batch processing image to image in stable diffusion. We are using the alternate test option with Euler so we can keep the images as stable as possible for an animated video. Free Download Shopping List 1. VLC Player to extract images from a video - https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html 2. Krita is a free photo shop like app that has the ability to animate and add stable diffusion plugins - https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/ 3. FFMPEG is a video player and converter app original used in Linux and ported over to windows, get the essentials here : https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ffmpeg-release-essentials.zip or alternatively you can visit the site and get the full download to use it for other applications - https://ffmpeg.org/download.html#build-windows Other links I used: - Pixabay.com to get free stock videos, pictures, audio, etc... - https://pixabay.com/music/ -Automatic1111 webUI - https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui Tutorial Steps Part 1 (Extracting the images from video) 1. Open VLC player and go to tools / preferences / Subtitles OSD / uncheck and disable "show media title on video start 2. Go to tools / preferences / show settings - all / filters (click on arrow drop down)/ scene filter / add directory path "to whatever folder address you made for the output pictures then set recording ratio to 5-50 ( i set mine to 20). 3. click on save then close VLC player and reopen it to restart 4. Click on tools / preferences / show settings - all / filters (click on word filters this time) / check mark "scene video filter" at the top right 5. now drag the clip into the player or click on media / open file / then select the video you downloaded from pixabay or whatever video you chose ** you now have you extracted images which will be your input for stable diffusion** Part 2 (image manipulation) 1. Open Web UI batch file from your stable diffusion folder 2. type in 127.0.0.1:7860 into any of your internet browsers, now stable diffusion should be up 3. Click on the Img2Img Tab at the top and make sure Img2Img is selected in the sub tab as well 4. Play with the settings. See Automatic 1111 (the creators) show case to understand what each parameter does, you can find that here: https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-feature-showcase 5. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the drop down for "Script" so you can select the "alternative img2img test" (this will allow only slight changes) 6. Make sure Euler is chosen, width is similar to the image you are referencing, GFPGAN is check marked, batch sizes are set to 1, CGF scale and Denoise is between 20 to 80, and you click the green recycle button on seed after generating one image. 7. Now click on the Sub tab (below the negative prompt) for "batch img2img" which will allow you to alter a multiple images at once. 8. Copy your Input and Output folders into the input and output folders in the "batch img2img" processing. 9. Click on Generate and you will have multiple Altered images set to whatever stylized options you chose. ** Hint you can change the color of your subject's hair, their ethnicity, and even change them into a cartoon, but it will still follow the same animation in the original video. ** Part 3. (Re-Animation) In VLC Player (using demuxers) 1. in VLC go tools/ pref / input codecs / demuxers / image / change duration in sec to .20 or less 2. Now, click on media / open multiple files / Add files / find and select files (you will have to view all file types to find these files) Krita 1. Go to settings and enable animate timeline and onion layers 2. Drag fist picture into Krita 3. Click on File / import animation frames / add images / select your images / press ok, 4. Click on file / render animation / video / FPS 5-24 / click on FFMPG folder and select FFMPG Exe that you extracted / Click on video location and select your desktop (or wherever you want the output) Finished #Stablediffusion, #aiart,Science & Technology

Stable Diffusion Web UI Install and Text to Animation

UPDATE!!!! 3 weeks after making this video Stable Diffusion v1.5 came out and it's easier to install now, go figure... The install in this video still works but I have made a quick 3:36 min install video for version 1.5 to get the latest and the greatest, if you just need the new check point files you can get them at hugging face, but you will have to make an free account and accept their terms and conditions before downloading. Here is the v1.5 install video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzPI0v8JOVM&t=3s&ab_channel=JustTheTipWithDaniel 1. Main v1.5 check points (download the 4.27 file not the 7.7gb one unless you understand model training) https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 2. Inpainting file (this lets you black out a section in the picture and text to image something in that section as if it was in the picture, it's amazing) this is great for your models that come out with missing arms or 1 eye, you can in paint that eye as if it always there. - https://huggingface.co/runwayml/stable-diffusion-inpainting I am also making a quick text to video that doesn't require the use of images and creates some pretty cool results, I should have that video out in a day or two. This is one of two videos for a install Web UI and Image 2 Image animation using stable diffusion tutorial. The first part of this tutorial will give you all the required downloads to install and walk you through the set up process to run the tool. Part 2 will walk you through converting video to image using VLC and doing the image to image alternative test in Stable Diffusion. Step 1. Download everything in the shopping list. Install everything except the model.ckpt (SD_v1.4) files. When installing python make sure to check mark Py Launcher. If it gives you the error it can't find python try installing through the microsoft store. This helped me on my other device. Step 2. Unzip the Automatic1111 to...where ever you want. Step 3. Rename the the SD_V1.4 (4GB File under the model.ckpt download) to model.ckpt. Now, drag that file into the "models" folder of the Automatic1111 file you just unzipped. Also drag the GFPGAN v1.4 into the Automatic1111 unzipped "Main folder" this is the same folder that holds the webui-user.bat Step 4. Run the webui-user.bat file (see type of file and it should say windows batch file AKA .bat) Step 5. Put the 127.0.0.1:7860 IP into your browser address bar and Stable diffusion will run. Note: Webui-user.bat will have to stay open while you use the tool. The tool is accessed through your browser by type 127.0.0.1:7860 (this is your local IP address and the 7860 port is is running through advanced port filtering or security can block this port) *** If Stable Diffusion doesn't pop up after all steps, see alternative files below for Nvidia CUDA drivers and PyTorch*** Shopping List (Things to Download): Automatic1111 Standard Diffusion Files - https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/archive/refs/heads/master.zip model.ckpt Loose File - https://drive.yerf.org/wl/?id=EBfTrmcCCUAGaQBXVIj5lJmEhjoP1tgl GFPGAN v1.4 Files - https://github.com/TencentARC/GFPGAN/releases/download/v1.3.0/GFPGANv1.4.pth Python v3.10.x - https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/ Git Tool Website - https://git-scm.com/downloads Other Links: Developers GitHub Repository - https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui.git Developer Showcase (How to use features) - https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui-feature-showcase Alternate files download: CUDA Files 2.5GB (if you run into errors) - https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads Py Torch Python code install Generator - https://pytorch.org/ Website with free (instant) text prompt to animation generator pollinations AI - https://pollinations.ai/ Need the Colab AMD users? https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1kw3egmSn-KgWsikYvOMjJkVDsPLjEMzl (see my colabs such us the fix your face part 1 to learn how to use a colab) Want to run this on someone elses nvidia RTX? for 20 cents an hour? https://www.runpod.io/ or https://vast.ai Follow me on Twitter - https://twitter.com/DanielRoboto or DeviantArt - https://www.deviantart.com/justthetipwithdaniel #aiart #aiartcommunity #aiartist #midjourney #stablediffusion #discodiffusionScience & Technology

Change Model Eye/Lip Color - Easy and Free Photo Editing
Read more
Just another tip for you, this time is focusing on photo editing using GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) which is Photo Editor similar to PhotoShop which is 100% free and easy to use. With this method you will be able to change the colors of your characters eyes, lips, accessories, and anything in the picture you want to recolor. You can also use this technique to force textures to be transferred from a second image of a similar size. The reason I made this video is because a lot of the Ai Face Repair tools such as GFPGAN will change your characters colors to black or brown from whatever color they were before going through the process. The Ai face fixing programs do an amazing job but the brown eye colors were the one downside. So go ahead and use this technique to fix the eyes of your models. Once you get the process down it should only take 1 min or less to change the color of your characters eyes. Songs used at end can be found in the YouTube Library 1. Forest Lullaby by Asher Fulero 2.
